Period type pain at 27 weeks

Woke up this morning with a dull ache in my lower back, sort of kidney region. Feels like I get just before AF shows up normally. Am 27 weeks on Sunday. Baby moving normally and no other symptoms (thought about urine infection but no change in frequency and no pain).

Is this just normal pregnancy type aches or something to worry about?

Could be ligament pain/stretching. I would see midwife to rule out UTI, as it could be that even without symptoms. Otherwise take it easy today!
