I am 5+3 by dates and thought I'd do the spare CB digi test today and this shows 2-3 weeks (so 4-5 weeks by LMP).

I am flapping that it isn't 3+ as I'd hoped. Cheapo PT does have a darker line but still

I have some mild PG but nothing substantial.

Gratefully accepting advice even if it is that I am being mental

Stop doing pg tests! I had 2 CB digital ones and the week before I went on holiday I was 'Not Pregnant', then midway through I was '3 weeks +'.

CB digi are a load of worrying bollocks. You are pg. Stop testing.

With AKMD - stop doing them, or retrict yourself to a'treat' and leave doing a test for a week.
Im with you it can send you potty if a line comes out fainter on one test than another.
But a line is a line - faint or stronger...!

Hmm maybe I shouldn't put my faith in their claims of ninety something % accuracy!

It's a really tricky time, desperate for confirmation and only a flipping stick to tell you. Have you booked in with your midwife yet? That is usually around 8 weeks so you'd have something to aim for?

Agree with others stop doing tests that way madness lies.

It's perfectly normal to not have much in the way of pregnancy symptoms at around 5 weeks or even at all in the first few weeks, not every pregnant women has massive boobs or her head stuck down the toilet for weeks

littleweed that's exactly how I feel- very excited and can't quite believe it hence the need for confirmation

I have booked for a private scan at 8+ weeks and all being well will see the midwife the week after

It's not long to wait - promise - even tho each day seems like a week!
I felt like a bit of a fraud or rebel without a clue before I saw someone official.
I went to the gp as I thought they'd want to check me too, and he just took my word for it. It was all a bit deflating really...
Keep yourself busy, don't over test - once a week?! - and hope it comes to you sooner than you expect
