relation to brim - fixed.....what does that mean?

im 37 weeks and last week it was "free" from the brim so this is the first i know it is "fixed" as no mention about being 1/5 - 5/5.

AFAIK it just means engaged rather than bobbing in and out/free

It means the baby has moved down in the pelvis and is staying there, not 'bobbing' up and down in your abdomen. The baby has become engaged.
