I've been feeling fine all day, in fact I've been feeling pretty happy with myself considering the amount of housework I've gotten done. And then all of a sudden BHAM, it's like some one turned on the depressive switch, I feel awful! I don't even know what about, I just feel bad Sad

Is this the pregnancy hormones I keep hearing so much about? I've pretty much been stable throughout this pregnant (36+3), never really had mood swings, this is the most pronounced change in mood I've had ever Confused

/trying not to be depressed and encouraging myself to get back on with things

Hey there - hope you start to feel better soon. The other Saturday I hit a lowpoint - felt fat, frumpy, no motivation - just mooched around on the sofa thinking that I needed to do something to cheer myself up. Woke up the next day feeling much better - I don't get too hormonal but sometimes it does just hit. Hope you switch back the other way soon...

I'm 23 weeks and thought I'd done really well with my moods (am also no medicated bipolar so very aware) but over the past week or so I have been between tearful, irritable, grumpy and very cheerful. I think not wearing much keeping cool in the heat has also made me feel huge (my bump is rather big as people enjoy telling me)
I have also noticed I'm much less tolerant. People at work have started calling me podge which I don't think is appropriate, especially those people who also know I have suffered numerous eating disorders in my life. Feeling very RAR!
