Hi
Please can someone help, I am 6+2 weeks pregnant and suffering from really bad nausea all day with no let up. I am not being sick but from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep I am exhausted and feel sick all the time. I am eating but the thought of food or even drink (even water) makes me want to be sick, I cant even be sick o just feel dreadful. ANy ideas guys or how long its likely to last I am getting really snappy with the rest of my family :(

Vitamin B6 really helped keep my sickness away

Eating every 5-10 mins and drinking fizzy water rather than still worked for me.

Boiled sweets, nuts, small pieces of fruit, mini ice lollies and biscuits were what I ate at work (on top of normalish meals).
