It was stopping me getting to sleep last night. Lye on one side = ache, turn over = more ache, try lying on back - massive dose of indigestion. (although thats now fairly constant in the evenings anyway).
Are there any stretches or anything anyone can suggest to help alleviate the aches? I know I've been pretty lucky up till now but this is starting to bug me big time! I already have an extra pillow for my knees.
