has anyone found out the gender of baby at 16 weeks and was it right?

I'm going for a 16 weeks scan soon and started wondering if I can find out the gender of the baby, so sick of calling it 'it'

and if they could tell that early how accurate would it be?

i had one done at 16+4 and the sonographer told me she was 100% positive it was a girl and she was right

I am going for a private gender scan at 17+1 so I sincerley hope they CAN tell!

I had one at 17 weeks, had it conformed several times its a boy so as far as I know they were right!

yes had mine 16 weeks, def right - showed me why.

I had a scan at 16 +2 and was told it was a boy and she was right - however when she put the scanner on it was straight in the middle of his open legs so I saw it for myself and its a boy and she confirmed it x

ooooh brilliant, I'm getting very excited for my scan now

I have friends who were told conclusively at 12 weeks even!
