I've just had my 4th dc at the age of 28 and Im already thinking of extending my family.
I really miss being pregnant as well, and feel quite down after every pregnancy untill i fall pregnant again.
We would ideally like 6 dc, but would like to wait at least a year before trying again.
I would love to hear from others who have a family of 6 dc to hear how family life is and just how hard it is to have so many kids.
Also do you find people judge you, as I constantly feel that people are staring at me when i am out with the kids and whispering.

I just turned 29 few days ago, and pregnant with my first and very likely the only one. I love being pregnant. However, my decision for having a baby depended on my ability to look after the child in the long term and giving them the best possible future - including food, safety, education and stability. If I knew that I could give 6 kids that I would have all 6 but if I have even a small bit of doubt that I could not give them the best I would rather not have them. So, in my opinion, have 100 kids if you want as long as you can provide for them financially and emotionally.
p.s. I have seen families with 1 kid and miserable and families of 14 that are happy. so the size should not be the basis for judging someone. How the family functions is more important.
