im 36 wks and measured 38cm...Ive had a scan this week and gotta go back in 2 wks time......

To see if baby had grown any more past 95th centile. Im borderline as im 7.8 and the max is 8. (whatever that mean?). I only got a small excess of fluid around the baby but its a big baby. my first was 12 days late and 9.1lbs, my second was 9 days late and was 9.3 and a half lbs.

At 24 weeks baby was on 95th centile but came back down to 90th till now it shot back up.

If baby had grown more, what will happen next? I wants a vbac and try to avoid a section.

As long as your consultant is happy for you to continue down the VBAC route then it will be fine. That's why they're doing growth scans though - to monitor the situation and make the best call for you and baby. Hope it goes well :)

Thank you. I last saw my consultant on 23/04 and I will see him next on 21/06, so in between seeing my midwife regulary.

Hi biglips - I too am measuring 38cm at 36 weeks but have been told that I will not be scanned again. This is my first baby so not sure what is normal and whats not.
