Listen don't worry too much about it not being good for the baby, you don't need another thing to worry about. I had loads of stress the last time I was pregnant and my 2.5 year old is totally fine.
Is there a herbalist in your town? They can help by giving you a safe remedy that can help lower your stress. In the mean time go to boots and get your self some 'rescue remedy' it's really great, not a cure by any means but will help with the stress a little.
Other than that, can you go and buy another little outfit for your baby or do some thing positive like that? Can you visit your mum or call her?
Sorry I can't be more helpful. You hormones won't be helping but at least you know that is a factor. You could just as easily be feeling fine next week as your hormones take another roller coaster. There is light at the end if the tunnel, really there is x
