Bump question...

Might be a silly one but how come my bump is so round and hard already (14wks) and definitely noticeable when the baby can't be much bigger than my fist at this stage?

I realise that my muscles are weakened from last time round which might make me look more pg a bit earlier but its just so hard already especially at the top.

Sorry if that's a really stupid question!

Maybe you have a lot of fluid? I'm not really sure!

I think it's just like you said, muscles so relaxed after previous pregnancy. I didn't show till 5 months last time, seriously, not even a curve, hard as a washboard. I'm not even starting with the washboard this time :)

I assume you'd have just had a scan which should reassure you it's all fine in there but if you're worried always worth a mention to the midwife, for your peace of mind if nothing else.
