Dunno about anyone else, but I get really hot feet in this kind of weather, especially at night, and being 35 weeks up the duff doesn't help. So, just wanted to share a top tip I devised a few years ago:
- Get a hot water bottle. Fill it 2/3 with cold water out of the tap.
- Squeeze out excess air and screw in stopper.
- Put in freezer, ensuring it lies flat.
- When frozen solid, take it out and put your feet on it in bed.
- Breathe sign of satisfaction.
Because the bottle is rubber, you won't get ice burns on your feet. The only problem you may have is that your DP/DH might start trying to steal it when they think you're asleep.
