Hi all, just looking for a bit of advice. I'm 18 weeks and suffering with aches and pains in my sides and back, and occasionally my pelvis. As I spend most of my time at a desk, I was wondering if any of you have a recommendation for an office chair which will help? Not too expensive or I won't be able to convince my company to fork out for it.

I was advised by my Physio to use gym ball to alleviate the pain of SPD/PGP as it improves your core stability and holds your pelvis in the corerct alignment...£5 from Tesco and I just alternated it between it and my regular chair as necessary. It's more comfortable than it sounds...I have one at home too and spend a lot of time on it when just watching telly.

I've recently bought an Orangebox Joy as I've had back problems, and it's been great. About £200 I think.
