Pins and Needles

My friend is 12 weeks pg and keeps getting pins and needles in one of her hands.

Any idea what this could be? Trapped nerve maybe? Just wondered if anyone else had this happen when pregnant?

Might be carpal tunnel problems. Common in pregnancy.
