Smoothies/milkshakes from caves

What are everyone's thoughts on these types of drinks where the cafe makes them up for you. I'm thinking of places like Coffee #1 & starbucks. With summer finally here, I'm starting to crave these types if drinks, but am worried about the hygiene aspect - not sure how often the smoothie maker gets washed.

I've been having frappacinos - the non coffee kind. They just use the milk they'd use in hot coffees so I figured it was alright.

Oh, I'm only here to read about cave drinks! To answer your actual question, I'd have no prob with chain coffee shops drinks add they have to keep to high standards of hygiene. They always wash the blender between drinks, and it's fresh milk. I've gone off coffee though so none for me!
