Just wondering if its still ok to wear these type of shoes during pregnancy and do you still wear them?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes, they are one of the nicest things for pregnant feet ever (wouldn't wear mbt trainers though)

I don't have a pair, I think it just depends on how stable you are in them, and remembering that your body's balance will change as you get bigger, and that your muscles are acting a bit differently because of hormones.

So, I wouldn't go out and try a pair now, but if you are used to wearing them and are confident that you aren't any more likely to fall over whilst wearing them, I don't see a problem. But take it easy around stairs etc where a fall could be more dangerous. (Would say the same about heels).

Wear what you find comfortable (for me, that isn't heels or shape ups).

Love my fitflops but only because they are sooo comfortable not because they have ever made any difference to my muscles.

I love my fitflops, they are SO SO SO comfy, and they are the only things I have worn for the last 20+ weeks. :o

I still wear mine although I have found that if I wear them for a few days in a row my hips hurt a bit, not sure if it's linked tho.

I wore mine today and probably walked about 3 miles in them. Feeling a bit achy now so don't know if related.
