Which supplements did you take to win your baby? Which one supplement would you swear by?! TIA. X

Not a magic pill but preseed or conceive plus. First month I used it ( having tried for a few) we got BFp!

Same as mytime, we caught the first month of using a lube, although we used sylk, as we were trying for a girl. Fingers crossed it worked! Preseed and conceive plus sway slightly toward boys and sylk to girls apparently.

I didn't take any supplements for the first few months. Started taking pregnacare conception ones and got pregnant that month! Any decent vitamins are good tho I reckon x

There's been a study done that says more people fall pregnant when taking conception vitamins than when they don't. I'll go find it when I have a min.

No magic pill, unfortunately. Used preseed and pregnacare conception for a long time along with acupuncture but unfortunately this was not successful. In the end we conceived on out first round of IVF - we are blessed.
I think in normal circumstances the usual common sense approach works - reduce stress, balanced diet and the normal prenatal vitamins including 400mg folic acid.
Good luck!

First month of preseed, got pg. Was our 7th cycle. I also took evening primrose that cycle.

THANKYOU so very much for sharing your secrets of success, ladies! Think I need to just hang on in there! Had lots of private investigations, results like textbook. We're not getting any younger, even though our tests have come back very good- little consolation as there's no babies - YET! I will be patient, and try all of your tried and tested recommendations! THANKYOU x
