I have a bad cough and I'm leaking everywhere. Ladies, when the MWs tell you to do your pelvic floor exercises after your first, just do them! Set a reminder on your phone, put post-it notes on your bathroom mirror, your fridge, above the changing mat... Or buy shares in Tena Lady.

Are you pregnant now? If you are, it really does go away when the baby is born.

When pregnant, I leak when I sneeze so wear a liner just in case! I had it with my daughter and I have it with this pregnancy too. I more or less piss myself if I'm sick and really wretching.

After having my daughter the 1st time, it just went away and now it's come back.

Yes, 18 weeks. Before now I was just avoiding trampolines and star jumps but this week has been a disaster.

Oh, I more or less have it straight away in pregnancy, definitely before 12 weeks or so. It must be the muscles relaxing. I was so glad to get back to normal after my daughter was born last time. Just buy the normal always or other brand liners, they seem to catch everything and not bulky.

You have my sympathies, bought my first packet this week, 23 weeks with DC2, and have a bit of a cough. My pelvic floor is making it very clear that 8 months between pregnancies was definitely not ok with it :(

I'm thinking of changing my nn to Kegels to see if it would remind me to do them more often - I'm ok at the moment, but I detect trouble ahead when we start thinking about number two :(
