5 weeks tomorrow just had red blood when I wiped!!! Don't think I had this before

Don't panic, I'm sure it's just a implantation bleed! I had one at 6 weeks and at 9 weeks with a placenta bleed, I think it's very common but it's always good to get checked out! My sister had periods until she was 18 weeks, she never new she was pregnant!!

I had one at 8 weeks and 13 weeks and all was fine, doesn't stop you worrying though I know. Fingers crossed for you.

It's not that they don't care - they just can't do anything. At 5 weeks it's too early to see a heartbeat so at this point they're not able to tell you if it's viable or not, you just have to play a waiting game. Even if they did scan you, you'd be told to go back in 10 days/2 weeks.

It doesn't make things any easier though, j know. I hope it goes OK for you and it's just an unexplained bleed.

Yes I thought so, with my other pregnancies don't think I knew this early so might have bled a bit then too. Oh well lots of finger crossing today

Yes coppernoddle its stopped thank goodness!!! Not sure what it was but two days of doing absolutely nothing seems to have worked.

I had a 5-day bleed at 7 weeks and it scared me so bad! it was dark blood though so the nurse told me to rest and try to settle - really hard when you don't know what's going on with your body anyway! I think it was implantation bleed, but completely understand... it is a worry when you see it! xx
