Anyone have any good tips for snacks for your hospital bag? I don't want to end up only with sweets!

I can't wait to get on that labour ward to eat my snacks. 40 plus 11 days overdue! I've got:

Percy Pigs
Bitesize twirls
flapjacks
cereal bars
a couple of porridge pots that just need boiling water
sports bottle of water
isotonic drink
bananas and apples

Again, not so much for during labour, but for the monstrous appetite after. Good luck!

OMG yes was craving fruit sooooo badly and only saw one tired and horrible looking red delicious while in for 6 days.
Not too much a consideration for me this time as St Thomas's now has a lovely M&S downstairs but will still take some.
Plan is as follows;

Juice cartons- I find apple less acidic than orange (heartburn)
cereal bars and peanut trackers
school fruit bars
couple bananas and apples/ satsumas
pot noodles
porridge sachet/pots
pepperamis
yoghurts for early on
crackers poss some cheese too.(ok out of fridge for ages)
tuna salad snack pot(no fridge needed)

this mostly for afterwards as last time only got dry toast and tea as there was nowt else and I was bloody starving! Plus need stuff for birth partner/s too as they need to keep their strength up too.

A good tip- pick up takeaway menus from nearby the hospital and then if timing is bad like that you can order out!
