I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my first. Last night DH and I had sex to try and get things going.

Afterwards I went to the toilet and had a lot of pinky watery stuff that went down the toilet, and also wiped a lot off on the tissue.

The thing is, I can't tell if it was 'jelly-like' or anything because it came out mixed in with DH's semen. (Told you it might be TMI)

Could it be my show? Or was it just bleeding?

ooo can't answer i'm afraid but just wanted to say - hope so! fingers crossed ey! keep us posted for any other signs!

I didn't have a show as such, but I did have small bits of the plug come away in the weeks before I went into labour. They were quite different to semen and I would have been able to spot it by looking I reckon. It wasn't watery, it was quite solidy jelly, like little worms. Might be TMI but you did ask...

Hope that helps. For what its worth I had bits of the plug come away from about 37 weeks I think, but didn't go into labour until I was induced at 42. I wish you an earlier labour than mine!!!
