Outdoor Mineral Baths - should I have gone in (15 weeks preg)?

Was in Europe over the weekend and went to one of those outdoor spa/bath places with my friends - the ones where the water smells of sulphur (eggs).

I did not go in the sauna/steam rooms, only in the pool, which was like a nice, warm bath. Was in for about 1.5 hours.

Next day (today), I have a sore stomach and some cramps - can't decide whether I have a normal sore stomach or if I have done some damage to the baby, I am 15 weeks.

Does anyone know please? TIA

I don't really have any advice, but if it was like a warm bath then surely it's fine? I have a warm bath every night? I have no idea about the sulphur.

If you're really worried call the midwife and maybe pop a hot water bottle on your tummy? When I was 15 weeks (now 21) my tummy did hurt from the stretching I guess?

Hope you feel better!

I don't think hot water bottles are advised in pregnancy... I'm sure you will be ok but call a midwife tomorrow if you are worried. Lots of people have pains from stretching at 15 weeks as shouldibe says.
