Hey ladies
Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and been suffering from lower back pain , nausea , achy thighs like I've done a work out .I'm guessing its not labour as I've had no show ,broken waters and my little girl not engaged yet . Is there anything I can take to easy up these symtoms .
Thank you xx

Paracetamol is your best bet.

Or a lovely soak and a massage.

Good luck with your newbie when she arrives
