Are these first kicks? Nipples tingling....

Hi, I'm 19+5 and think I may have felt the baby twice before today, but at least a week apart. Was starting to get anxious about not feeling the baby.

Then this morning I think I felt a kick down around my knicker line and, weirdly, my left nipple started tingling! The tingling is definitely a first...

Then this evening I had an unusual sensation, not a kick, but tough to describe - but then my left nipple tingled again Grin

Has anyone else felt these sensations - and is it the baby? I really hope so!

Hi Naisy,

I'm almost exactly the same as you and have only felt the baby move properly once so far (after dancing at a wedding disco!) but do keep getting odd little pops and tugs but they've gone before I can decide if they're kicks, no tingling nipples but they're bloody itchy today! :)

Thanks Spice, it's reassurring to know others are unsure what they're feeling!

Had a smoothiethis morning made with frozen bananas and think there was no mistaking what I felt afterwards - the baby went bananas! Maybe from the cold?

Anyway, feeling happy and releived today... Grin

I think most people don't spot the first movements as it's hard to know what to expect. WIth my DD I felt her from around 14 weeks but it was like little bubbles by my pubic bone on one side. It then felt like bigger/more bubbles for a few weeks, then it was like a weird pressure as she moved around and I felt kicks around 18/19 weeks.

I don't remember my nipples tingling but I guess it's all connected!
