Hope this is the right place to post.I've heard lots of complaints from women about their treatment when requesting a C. section so was dreading DD's appointment today. She saw the specialist, chatted to the obstetric nurse who then made a booking for mid July. She does have SPD and a previous C section 3 years ago but I was so surprised at the straight forward, no nonsense but very kind and professional way that she was dealt with. This should be every woman's experience. I agree, I had first baby via emergency c section, and when 2nd was due 3 years later I was allowed to choose as a baby was breach (but could have been turned), mainly I was worried due to the below:

A friend of mine opted for natural the second time after a C section, and went into labour early. Luckily she was at the hospital when her womb SPLIT along the old c section scar from the contractions... she could have died.

I told the hospital I was not going to push 100% if I was worrying about rupturing and they were v nice about it all,
Your hospital sound great
