I am booked on to do the new born know how class today at 4pm and just wondered if it was actually any good or did they just show you basic things that the midwifes in hospital could tell me.
i went to the active birth class last week and found it a bit dissapointing really, just spent an hour and a half telling us to move about in labour and what positions to try. Todays; is the 1 i was looking forward to but if its along the lines of last week id rather not go.
ill have to leave soon if it is any good - 2 buses there and 2 back, dp is stuck in work, and its teaming - can you tell im loking for excuses not to leave the house, but i would make the effort if someone says its good.
