I have this too! It came on last night and I was about to start a thread asking about it

I was thinking my pain could be for couple of reasons - I drank a bottle of sparkling spring water almost in one go yesterday a few hours before the pain started, I wonder if it could be that the bubbles are having a tough time moving through due to lack of space in there, we also had roast chicken last night and I'm not convinced my husband cooked it for long enough (I don't feel sick so I'm thinking it's unlikely to be food poisoning)

I had severe pre-eclampsia in my last pregnancy and am a bit worried about it being pre-eclampsia HELLP related epigastric pain, but I'm sure if it was that it would be hurting a lot more? I'm only 24 weeks so that would be unusual as far as I can gather? It feels more like a dull pressure all round the top of my stomach around the top of my ribs & feels more uncomfortable when I breathe in, it's not shifting though

Have you eaten anything that could be causing it too?

I'm trying to get an appointment with my midwife too but she's so difficult to get hold of, will you come back and update how you got on with the midwife?

I ate loads too yesterday, it could be that - the digestive system is more sluggish during pregnancy too

I'm sure you'll be fine, the worrying that comes with pregnancy is awful isn't it!
