How long does Anti-D stay in blood for?

I had an injection last week at 13+4 after some spotting. I've had a bump to the tummy today at 14+2 - if there was any undiagnosed bleeding would I still be covered from last week's injection?

I'm not a doctor or midwife but my understanding was it stays in for at least 6 weeks, as I am also rhesus negative and I've been told I will have an injection at 28 weeks then 34 weeks. But do ring your midwife to check.

Hope you are feeling ok after your knock today.

Could I ask if you had any after effects of the anti-D injection?
Thanks

Thanks for the info. Will double check with midwife for piece of mind.

I suffered no after affects at all. It was a smaller dose though as am early in pregnancy. The midwife did say my arm may ache but it was fine Smile
