Feeling baby kick!! Advice Please

Hi,

I'm 19 weeks with my first baby boy! I may have felt him move already, I'm not altogether sure to be honest especially with all the pregnancy wind hehe! When did people really start feeling the baby kick and there was no mistaking it? No idea what I'm feeling out for!

I felt DS around 19 weeks, so it probably is your little one! First it felt like little flutters and then shortly after like someone was tapping on my belly from the inside. It was low down at first, graduating to donkey kicks in the ribs at 35 weeks!

yes, very low down at first, like where your knickers come up to ( unless you favour a granny pant )

with my first PG, I thought I was feeling flutters but I eventually realised they had been WAY too high up!

First movements for me felt a bit like things 'popping' very low down in my stomach, some way below belly button.

This weekend (21 weeks now) the kicks could just about be felt from the outside, nice for DH

I'm not sure I am feeling him then because I think what I am feeling is too high up going by what you are saying.

It could be it - in fact it probably is. I started feeling it after 20 weeks but I didn't notice the flutters or the bubbles - just something like movements and muscle spasms inside. It was around the sides of my abdomen about half way up to my belly button. Turns out that's because I have an anterior placenta.

I felt first kick at about 18 weeks, was driving at the time and was where the belt was across my lap, felt like something was poking me from the inside. Took me a good couple of weeks to realise it was baby though :o

The no mistaking it was a kick didn't come til 22 weeks for me.
