How long between dropping and labour

I am nearly thirty six weeks and I think the baby has dropped down as shape altered and heavier and my pgp has gotten worse. I don't recall it being this early with my first. How much time to I have!

My bump dropped at 34 weeks, ds was born on his due date. Sorry!

With DS my bump was always low, I didn't notice any 'drop' - 40+11

My first dropped around 34 weeks, and then was born at 39 weeks. But my second didnt drop down until about half an hour before she was born!

Didn't notice a 'drop' my bump always seemed quite low. But baby was 3/5 engaged from 37 week and kinda stayed there. Dd arrived 40+17

Hello - my 1st dropped at 34/35w, and had to be induced at 42. This one dropped at 36, I am now nearly 38w and being induced next week. I have been told it would be unlikely for me to carry to term as I have a dodgy old battered cervix, but by god, it's all hanging in there. Apparently it is not too great for them to come before 38w anyway, so prob best they are staying put:) Good luck with yours
