Lopsided Belly?

I woke up this morning and the left side of my tummy was rock hard, and the right side soft and empty feeling. Freaked me right out! Is this something to worry about. 15 weeks, no pain or anything like that.

They do not tell you this shit before you get pregnant!

Totally normal. Wait til you have a big bump!

FutureNannyOgg · 05/05/2012 12:21

My baby is breech and sits on my left hip, he sticks his bum out sometimes and he is all up my left side, it's very odd and not comfy. I've been trying to persuade him to move but he's not having it.

MrsHoarder · 05/05/2012 14:21

Did you sleep on your left? The baby will have just got nice and comfy on your left hand side and left a gap on the right!

cherrypieplum · 05/05/2012 17:59

My baby is oblique and one side is slightly larger than the other. I can feel movement higher up on one side too.

I always woke up with a lopsided bump which became more normal once I'd been to the loo - think I must have some kind of giant bladder!

seabuckthorn · 05/05/2012 18:31

Normal, don't worry! DS1 just to sit on my right hip until he turned then he was back to back and kicking the life out of my ribs!

HateBeingCantDoUpMyJeans · 05/05/2012 18:33

Wait till you are looking and it moves right across to tge other side Shock

cherrypieplum · 05/05/2012 18:46

Haha! I'm awaiting that. I'm getting double ended kicks at the mo. Top of bump and groin. Thanks baby!!
