What point does pregnancy symptoms become a doctors issue?

I'm 12 weeks, in bed.
I can't see my vision is really blurry.
I can't get around, my balance is gone.
I keep being sick, shaking and having palpitations. I feel bloody awful.
I got diagnosed with a UTI last week so I'm on antibiotics and anti sickness tablets.

How bad does it get before I contact a dr?

I hope that didn't sound melodramatic, I just meant if you're vision is gone, your balance is fucked and you're being sick, they should be able to come out to you rather than you having to wait for your DP and go to them iykwim.

I'll give OOH a call when I've stopped sobbing getting someone out round here is beat impossible though, I'll have to get a taxi down I think.

Keep repeating - I'm sorry I cannot travel because I am too dizzy to move. Repeat/broken record technique. When I was triaging OOH I would put you down for a visit in the circs BTW don't do it now so it won't be me
