Wifi/Mobile phone usage

Embarrassingly I can spend HOURS each day on either my Smart phone / IPad / laptop etc. I'm going to try to limit my usage - scary to think what damage it could do to an unborn child but also how much time I waste on the Internet.

How long do you spend on the Internet / iPhone /laptop / iPad each day? Have you tried to limit it now you're pregnant?

No idea, I'm on for around 30mins in the morning and some evenings upto 4hrs then on and off my phone in the day.

I've not tried to limit it no, as the support I get from a group here is invaluable and keeps me calmer.
