Wow I gave myself one hell of a shock tonight when I stepped on the scales, I'm 19 weeks and I've gained 18lbs!
This is horrendous, I'm 5ft8 and I was already 13st before I got pregnant, so I'm scared I'm going to become obese and develop gestational diabetes.
Is it safe to diet in pregnancy? Obviously not an extreme one, but I need to lose some of this weight as it's not healthy :(
