Changing Bag Purchase - Advice Please!

I am expecting DD2 in 2 months and want to treat myself to a new changing bag. I like the look of this one so you can see the style I like but have heard everything inside gets wet in the rain. I want one with lots of pockets and divisions. Any advice on what's good? And also what to avoid!?

I love mine!

I treated myself to this as I was struggling to fit everything into my longchamp. It's a lot bigger than the longchamp (figured it should be enough to hold all for 2dc) with lots of pockets.
