Blood in urine at 39+3

I'm 39+3 weeks pregnant. The midwife has just been and when she tested my urine, said there was blood in it. Looking at the wee test strip, it's the 5th one down - it does look a bit pinky/red. She didn't seem too worried, and said that a urine infection would be accompanied by protein and there wasn't any. Does any one know what it could mean? Or does anyone know a link to a website where I can look up the urine test results and what they mean? Have tried googling but couldn't find any.
Thanks

I'm not sure what it means but I've had it during my whole pregnancy, haven't had one wee test without. Can't be anything too serious I shouldn't imagine. She might send off the sample to test for infection ??

it could be just a simple case as a scratch when you have wiped after going to the loo, a uti, stress, too much exercise or even standing too long can cause any infection even a cold can cause protein in urine at times, if there were any thing to worry about the midwife would have more tests done
