The title says it all really
I have really over dosed on sugar this morning and am now feeling absolutely terrible. I am lethargic, irritable, can't concentrate on anything and just want to lie on my desk and cry- in short, I feel massively hung over. This happened to me a few weeks ago after eating an entire box of chocolates
and it's only today that I have put two and two together and realised that I must be experiencing a horrible sugar come down. Obviously I am laying off the sugar from now on but does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do now to make myself feel better? I am drinking water by the bucket load but not sure if it is counteractibg the sugar effects. I am a teacher and have two classes to get through this afternoon so napping or going home is not an option!
