7 weeks, no symptoms unlike previous pregnancies, should I worry?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant today after MC at 11+5 in November. I have one DD so this is my third pregnancy, but apart from a bit of fatigue I have no symptoms at all, unlike both previous pregnancies when I has serious nausea, headaches, sore boobs, a highly sensitive nose, massive food aversions and worse fatigue. Pregnancy tests still say positive but should I be worried?

I'm in exactly the same position. Slight nausea but nothing compared to previous pregnancies when all symptoms kick in at 5 weeks.

I must admit that I am very worried.

However, I'm also telling myself that when I've had missed miscarriages, there have been times when I've actually still had symptoms long after it's all been over, so it's not carved in stone I guess! Good luck.

I didn't get any symptoms at all until I was 7+5. I think it is quite common not to have any in the very early days. If you are really very worried would booking a private scan be an option?

Thanks twirly, and good luck to you too. Sorry to hear about your MMCs. I've got an early scan booked for 17th May so I suppose I have 16 days wait, unless I start to MC before then. I'm knicker-checking all day long in the meantime!

I'm on knicker watch too!

Hope it all goes well for you - there are women who never get any symptoms, but I think once you havem miscarried, you're always looking for signs one way or the other.

Take care Smile

Im 9 weeks 2nd dc and no symptoms either. Not even swollen boobs. Had a little nausea, but could easily be psychological.
My midwife appointment isn't until 14th then have to wait for scan, so very anxious.
Fortunately I've not had mc before, so fingers crossed, but i know what the worry is like.

Really hope things work out fine for you x
