Increased movement 36 weeks

Anyone else noticed much more prominent movement nearing the end of their pregnancy? Yesterday and today my stomach has been birling and other people can even see it from the outside. It's been more or less constant with only a few hours respite this afternoon. It's not sore but feels like the lo is trying to burst through my skin to get out!

I think that with any change in movement its a good idea to get it checked out. Having said that, I think movements can be more noticeable towards the end as things get so tight. Depending on the position, movements are also more noticeable to others as it will press against your skin (and therefore clothes) more. I'm now 38+4 and my LO keeps swinging back to back meaning that all of his limbs are forward & every little stretch is really visable. On days when he swings back around to back to front, I certainly can't see & don't seem to feel as many movements as they're more absorbed by my body.
