Sinusitis

Anyone had this? What can I take/do about it in pregnancy??

God Ive had so many ailments this time round!!! Severe ms, psoriasis, sinusitis!!!!!!! Bleugh!

Poor you, sinusitis is just shit to have. Considering your condition and the added fact you can normally only take the nasal sprays for a few days, the natural options I have used are a netti pot, which is basically nasal sinus cleansing. Check it out on YouTube and a grapefruit spray which has anti bacterial properties. I think combing the 2 should give you some relief, also some foods make it worse, have you had a food allergy test(all non invasive as only a receptor on a finger) it may guide you to foods that make it worse.
Sadly it's hayfever time so that won't be helping you.
I had gestational asthma and chronic sickness with both mine, spoilt my pregnancies..... Hope this helps
