Period pain in the 3rd trimester?

Particulairly in the evening i'm getting quite strong period pains,not tightenings though.
I thought it actually may have been the start of something lst night but it wasn't,it is probably a little early for me as i'm only 35 weeks,is anyone else getting these?

I've had achy period type pains in the tops of my legs, I'm 30 weeks. I've put it down to baby being on nerves, and like you I've had no tightenings.

I'm getting them, have been for the last week. I'm 37 weeks. Keeps getting my hopes up and then nothing. Also no tightenings.

I've been having them too. Nothing regular though and no tightenings so I'm not concerned. I'm 34 weeks today.

Hmmm, do you think it points towards labour preparation or something?

I've been having them too (35+2) but mine have been with braxton hicks. I phoned my MW and she said that it's normal, it's just everything getting ready and stretching out x

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and have been having really bad period cramps in the evenings. GP says that it's just stretching, and could be bowels as well

Yes me too. Just like period pains, quite uncomfy. A bath helps. Apparently its normal just things stretching etc

I am having them too, but am only 33 weeks. I find lying down and drinking lots of water helps.
