Alright, so I just ate parsley sauce. It was flipping lovely. But now it's suddenly dawned on me I remember refusing it in the first trimester - presumably because I'd read somewhere it's a no-no?

Daren't Google for fear of what dreads I'll find! Am I right it's one of the ones to avoid? :( If so anyone know why?

I've not heard that. Ever. Don't worry!

There's a page on the NHS choices page with the guidelines on, am on phone so hard to link Smile

Wow, I never knew that before. Have googled for you. You'll be fine! Here's a link that should put your mind at rest www.livestrong.com/article/489468-is-parsley-bad-for-pregnant-women/

Bits of parsley in food is fine, parsley oil and parsley seeds are a no no. But the latter two aren't things that I can imagine anyone accidentally consuming!

Sorry, link again parsley
