Hi, I just need some advice to stop my panicking.
i have my 12 week scan in 3 weeks and i am crapping myself! I am a panicker anyway and all i can do is think the worst. Half of me is seriously exited but the other half is just worring!
I havnt had any complications so far but family history hasnt been great. i think i just need some reassurance!! :(

cheers guys.

It's totally, utterly normal to brick it before your scan. I'm high/er risk, I totally pee'd myself about my scan and everything was fine :)

Look around you: all the adults you see are the result of a happy 12 week scan. HTH

There's nothing you can do to change anything, it's going to go a certain way but there's nothing that will change it.

Try to focus on the excitement rather than the worrying! A little worry is normal, especially at the beginning and I got rather paranoid before 20 weeks scans but all has been fine both times round. If you've not had any bleeding or pains or anything abnormal there is really nothing to worry about. Enjoy it all, the scans are very exciting and something to look forward to :)

I was just like you before my 12 week scan, everything was fine, and now I am panicking about my 20 week scan. I don't think I will stop panicking until the baby is here...
