Wise women of MN please give me guidance on how to rid myself of indegestion?
This is what I'm doing already:
- eating little often and trying to have 'main meal' at lunch time as it's worse at night time.
- Avoiding tomatoe based foods at night and sweet drinks
- keeping the share holders of Gaviscon happy (I.e downing lots of it)
What else can I do/need to avoid? Advice much appreciated as it is spoiling my fun (alongside the vomiting and nausea)
