Nesting and Labour

Quick question ladies since Sunday I have been like a mad woman cleaning and organising the house.

Sunday we finished the painiting and put up the nursery furniture.

Yesterday, I cleaned the nursery, put the stickers up around the room, made up the cot and arranged the nappies and wipes into the cupboard. Folded away baby clothes into his chest of drawers (I need to find child size wooden coathangers)

So far today I have cleaned the bathroom (45 minutes) skirting boards included. I'm about to start the ironing DPs Shirts etc. I also have the kitchen cupboards so the new dinner service can come out.

Question? Is this nesting and if it is when did you all go into labour. I'm 39 + 2 days.

xx

After having been too tired and uncomfortable to do anything much for weeks, I suddenly had a burst of energy and set up the nursery on my own one Sunday afternoon.

When I finally sat down, a friend called and I told her I thought I'd been nesting as I'd been like a woman possessed all day. We carried on talking for a bit and then... 'ooooh....think my waters just went..'

It was as quick as that.

I am hoping to get this before I go into labour. The house could do with a tidy, haha. :)

Lifeissweet you are lucky still waiting for my waters to go, hoping that another day of nesting will do it.

Weezie it took a while to kick in.
