Known a wk and kicks already

Well found out I was pregnant last wk (not a clue how far I am) and iv been seeing kicks put it down to gas even though my belly button did the conga and just felt kicks again so put my hand on my belly to find a lil leg the size of a finger pushing against my hand and hasn't stopped for the past 5 mins :'-) these times are what get me through the bad times

bloody Nora, have you got a doctors appointment? I'd be legging it down there asap to find out how far along I was!

Let us know how far along you are though. We should put a sweep on If you reckon you can feel a leg, I reckon 28 weeks!!!

Got to be at least 15 if u can see it but actual body parts would be nearing 30 I'd say!

Not meaning to be rude, but how've you managed to miss becoming what must now be "massively pregnant"?

I'm 27 weeks today, and I have a huge bump... and I was large to begin with so there was plenty of room for baby to hide. I cannot believe that you could be as far along as I am without noticing sooner!

Ok, I know some babies are good at hiding, so when are you getting a scan to find out how far along you are?

blumming heck, I thought I was late finding out at 17 weeks, first tiny movements felt a week later.

You can see actual body parts?! I appreciate that being your third you may well feel kicks earlier than most and I've no idea about your build and placenta location but, as others have said, there's no way you could see and feel legs until late 2nd trimester. Have you got a scan booked?!

OP, you've posted on another thread that you're 10-12 weeks. If this is the case, your baby is approximately 6 cm long, and therefore you won't be feeling/seeing kicks.

If you can see/feel kicks, you must be MUCH further along.

To be fair, another MN poster (on entirely another thread) recently found out at her "12wk" dating scan that she was 27+ weeks & due in July (not Nov as she originally thought) and she didn't realise... There are a few cases like this but not many because most of us get HUGE!! so it can happen.

But I agree, even as your 3rd & recognising movement earlier, that size limb/fundus height suggests late 2nd/early 3rd trimester!!

I know of at least 3 people who had no idea they were pregnant and had healthy babies, only one of who delivered preterm (he was healthy for a 24 weeker)

Well basically I suffer with anxiety so any symptoms I have had has been put down to my anxiety and had no bump at all with my last 2 I had an instant bump full on symptoms the lot but I literally went to a christening on 8th April in a slim bodycon dress not put any weight on still but now it's done a "well you've found me now may a well show myself" act and my bump has grown from nothing to a 20wk fundal height iv been taking daily pics just so I can see myself I'm not going mad and kicks iv put down to gas till last night lil monkey was kicking on and off till 1.30am from 11 ish just felt a kick so put my hand on my belly and got a poke so pressed down to find what felt like a leg then lay their and watched my belly jiggle lol. Only found out last wed sore dr on thurs and now waiting for an early dating scan to come through this wk but get this iv been sat here watching "I didn't know I was pregnant" saying how on earth can they not know they were pregnant crazy story lol but I have done tests a couple of times cause iv been so irregular since my last lo who will be 1 next Monday never been so shocked in my life

I can feel limbsat 19 weeks with my 3rd pregnancy and felt movement at 13 weeks.

Ow forgot to add I thought I may of been around 10-13wk as a rough estimate cause I had a light af around then but since iv got a lil more into it and made sure iv been getting kicks kinds of brings the pregnancy more forward lol I'm still confused by it all so have an open mind just as long as baby is healthy I'm good just want this scan to hurry up so I know where we are and the dr's can then assess my prolapse

Early with my 2nd think I was around 15-16wk and 18-19wk with my 1st this is what's also confusing me am I just feeling early or am I further going off the size iv made a rough estimate on size and it's around 20-23wk ish and my fundal height is 20. Would be nice lol

Got my letter for my early scan today next Wednesday at 1.20 so nervous will be interesting to know how far along I really am

Well my scan is tomorrow feeling so nervous not felt any more kicks since so I am completely baffeled as to how far along I am now it's any bodies guess

Well looks like I was playing with gas had my scan and only 8wk today lol was a bit gutted I wasn't further (longer suffering) but lil bean is looking good and doing well so I feel a lot more relieved that all is well, god knows what was poking me but I can imagine it wasn't anything nice lol ow well it was fun while it lasted ha ha
