Hello. I am 15 weeks pregnant and I have not quite ditched my sugar addiction and I am doing zero exercise. I feel tired whenever I do very little.

Has anyone got 'fit' and healthy whilst pregnant? Advice needed please. I need to get fit for when my baby is born or I will find out the true meaning of exhausted. :$
