So I had my 25 week appointment with the GP today and apparently the pain and sticking out belly button I have aren't normal and are a umbilical hernia.

Does any one have any experience or advice. It's very uncomfortable!

Thank you

I don't know much Hun but its usually organs that find a weakening in the wall of your abdomen an protrude it may have been caused from the pressure of your baby and something has broke through try not to worry iv not heard of a pregnancy one before but going off normal ones ppl can go years and years with them and are very common on the belly button. Your best of asking your dr how your pregnancy will be effected by it as I know ppl with them are sometimes told not to do anything that will strain to hard but it is all dependant on te severity of the hernia. Sorry that was a bit of a ramble hope you have found something useful out of that Smile
