What am I supposed to do on my birthing ball?

37+2 and am spending a lot of time sat on my birthing ball as its so much more comfortable than our very deep sofas. However, its occurred to me that I'm supposed to use it to encourage DC2 to descend/get into a good position. What do I do to achieve this? I've completely forgotten (which makes me worry about what else I've forgotten about...)
Thanks!

imagine you have a pencil sticking out of your bottom. point your tail bone down. Now draw som big circles on the floor with your pencil, draw some smaller, quicker circles. Draw some big figure out 8's and smaller figure of eight. Have a random wiggle from side to side. All f thee things open the different diameters of your pelvis and encourage baby to descend. Make sure your ball is big enough to keepyour knees lower than your hips as this encourages descent too.
