Anyone used the Avenue Clinic in Sevenoaks for a Nuchal? Would you recommend?

Many thanks.

I went there for an early scan and also a gender scan. My sister had her nuchal scan there plus some extra scans to check on an issue with the baby. I cannot recommend it enough it is a really lovely place. There is a huge flat screen tv on the wall so you can see baby on the big screen. Mr Abbas is lovely and extremely experienced.

Dr Abbas delivered my son privately in 2010 and did all my scans. I actually just had my nuchal scan there last week for baby no2. I cannot recommend him enough he is a very experienced doctor and very professional.

Hello! Sorry to hijack this but noticed you are in/around Sevenoaks. We r desperately looking to rent in the area, and if we manage it I am really keen to know of good doctors, places to have baby and anything else.......if any of you had a moment, I'd really appreciate your Sevenoaks area tips x

Sevenoaks is a lovely place to live we would never move from here. It expensive but in our opinion totally worth it. Short distance to London and lovely town, and a big Waitrose in town as well as lot of nice shops to wander around and great selection of restaurants. We can walk to both town and station which is handy. House prices both renting and buying can vary hugely as it depends where you look in the town. As i said we live a couple of minutes walk from the town centre which is a lovely area. Personally I don't like the cheaper ends nearer Bat and Ball or Dunton Green. Nearest place to give birth is Pembury (called Tunbridge Wells hospital) it was newly built I think about a year ago and is all private rooms with ensuites so is meant to be lovely, will try it out in 9 weeks time hopefully! If you want a birthing centre there is a brand new one in Maidstone which I have seen pics of and looks fab or an older one in Crowborough.
